I have seen a slow down in commercial properties with San Francisco taking the biggest his thus far. Some large cloud and tech companies have made the decision to continue with the remote work from home model even after Covid-19 is a thing of the past. I think it is the way of the future for business which will have both pros and cons. One thing I have learned throughout my work from home time, family and health are our biggest gifts.
